Hope Hospice

Hope Hospice is dedicated to harnessing today's technology to provide a better experience for our patients and their families. Each professional member of our Care Team is equipped with communication devices and portable electronic charting software that enables them to stay in touch with other members of the Care Team and access up to the minute information about you when you need it most. If your pain increases in the night or a symptom arises over the weekend, any member of our expert team can help you. Hope Hospice is one of the few community-owned, stand-alone hospices left today. We are not owned by a hospice or a home health agency. We do one thing and we do it well: serve the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of families facing the last months of a loved one's life. As a not-for-profit organization, our operating margins are put back into hospice care and into the community. It is this continuous giving back that enables Hope to accept our patients regardless of their ability to pay and to provide the depth of grief support services to the community, regardless of whether their loved ones used Hope Hospice services or even lived in the area.
