Horizons

Horizons, A Family Service Alliance, with its headquarters in Cedar Rapids, provide a variety of human services across East-Central Iowa, including Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Mental Health Counseling, Family Outreach Programs, Meals on Wheels meals for senior and disabled individuals and Transportation Services. The Agency employs over 90 staff and hundreds of dedicated volunteers share the time and talents enabling Horizons to serve many more people in Iowa communities. Through its own work, and in partnership and collaboration with other organizations, Horizons seeks to Reduce food insecurity for area families, Make mental healthcare more accessible to community residents, Decrease barriers to employment, and Improve financial stability of residents.
