During the building phase all health and safety regulations are adhered to for viewings, which includes the provision of high visibility jackets and hard hats. Regular Open Days are arranged and for the larger development sites we offer on site sales representatives, to ensure all potential buyers that visit the site are engaged with and details obtained, where possible, for future direct marketing opportunities.
