Hospice of the Western Reserve is a network of Hospice Houses, Care Centers, and Bereavement Centers in the Cleveland, OH metro area. Founded in 1978, Hospice of the Western Reserve specializes in hospice care, palliative care, perinatal care, pediatric palliative and hospice care, as well as bereavement and emotion support services.
