Hotchkiss operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) combining quality, environment and health & safety. Rather than relying on an outside consultant, the Managing Director and management team worked together to write our manuals and procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the business. Utilising specialist software has also enabled the development of flowcharts for the Company processes and procedures. The IMS has enabled us to streamline our business operation, saving time and improving performance and profitability. In the current economic climate, Hotchkiss recognises the need to stay ahead of the pack. We believe that the IMS will help our business maintain a high profile, whilst delivering what our clients are looking for.
