Hotel Development Services, Inc. and its owner Don Bodin, has over 40 years of a broad range of experience in the hotel business and successfully operated his own hotel construction and management companies. For the past 20 years Hotel Development Services, Inc. performed as a Hotel Consultant assisting individual owners in the expansion of their hotel business. We are extremely proud of the fact that all of the projects that we have developed as consultants continue to operate successfully. In the past several years Hotel Development Services, Inc. has concentrated in the development of limited service and extended stay major chain hotels. Mr. Bodin also owned and operated a commercial mortgage company for over 20 years specializing in hotel, apartments and office building financing.
