Houck Construction

Houck Construction is a second generation Builder. Duane's father started a building business in 1968 and Duane went to work for him in 1976. Duane continued to work full time for his father while attending college here at Frederick Community College for Construction/Business Management. After college Duane remained with his father for 27 years then in 2003 decided to start Houck Construction, LLC with his wife Susan who handles the project management part of the business including scheduling subs, permit filing, accounting, advertising, and helping Owners with the selection process.
