At Housing Denmark we offer to make a move-in report for you when you move in to the property. This report protects both the landlord and tenant, documenting the condition of the property at the time of the hand-over. This ensures that the tenant, or landlord, will not have to pay for damage they did not cause. f you discover flaws and faults not stated in the move-in report, you have 14 days to notify the landlord or Housing Denmark of your findings. *This service is available to all, not just tenants or landlords of ours.
