Howe Farming Group is a second generation family owned company. Tom and Yola Howe began growing tobacco and vegetables in the early 1950's in Bilwon, and in 1975 the family purchased the home farm at Chewko Road, Walkamin, QLD. The business is diversified and grows a number of crops. By the early 1990's we were share farming peanuts throughout the Tablelands. We commenced growing avocados in 1979, bananas in 1996 and coffee in 2000. Howe Farming Group consists of three companies - Howe Farming Enterprises, Avocados with Altitude and Howe Manufacturing. Our brands are Bananas with Altitude, Avocados with Altitude and Coffee with Altitude. We have a number of farms strategically located on the Atherton Tablelands, North Queensland. They are located at: Chewko Road and Kennedy Highway, Walkamin Kay Road, Mareeba McBean Road, Paddy's Green Collins Weir Road, Springmount Aerodrome, Kennedy Highway, Mareeba Oaky Valley Avenue, Arriga Hansen Road, Walkamin Dennis-2 Haul-Out-Tractor Bananas Baggers Avocados Bagging-Crew Cane Dennis Packing-Trough Employees
