Hoyt Homes, Inc. provides a one year limited warranty for all new homes and remodel projects. We also go a step further and provide a full homeowner's book. This book contains a contact list for all the suppliers who worked on your home, all the community numbers you will need to set up services to your new home, and a detailed section on the care of your new home. This section defines what items you as the homeowner will need to maintain to keep your home in great condition, and what items would require a warranty call to our office. We will be there for you as you settle into your new home and for years to come.
