HSC Futures

HSC Futures Ltd was established in 2009 in response to the changing needs of the sector to provide an innovative one stop shop for health and social care services for the future. Already trading as an established and successful training organisation. We decided to diversify into other areas in order to provide a more streamlined and seamless service to the sector and its users. HSC Futures Ltd now trades with a number of divisions including HSC Recruitment, HSC Payroll, HSC Advocacy, HSC Nursing, HSC Care Brokerage, HSC Training and Health & Social Care Training Consortium. We have built up a bank of specialist trainers in performance coaching, business mentoring, personal development, Health & Safety (IOSH accredited), quality management and leadership and management to support the needs of the sector. We have developed a service which gives service users and their families, social services, care organisations and other stakeholders information, advice and guidance on practical direct payment solutions. The information provided can assist and support people to make informed choices and decisions regarding care and direct payments. HSC work closely with and assist individuals to negotiate best and added value provisions, access and/or facilitate training of staff and assist in securing additional funding through Employment Support Grants etc.
