We have a Cable TV Franchise from the City of Port St Lucie. We picked Port St. Lucie because it is one of the fastest growing communities in the U.S. Port St. Lucie is located about 35 miles north of Palm Beach County. Home Town Cable Plus is positioned to become a leading fiber-to-the-premises ("FTTP") system with a packaged offering of services (including cable TV and high-speed Internet). Home Town obtained a Cable TV Franchise and proceeded to construct a multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art Central Office/Headend and fiber-based delivery system in Port St. Lucie. The Company's facility is located in the middle of 50,000 acres of developable land. To date, Home Town has contracts to provide cable TV, high-speed Internet, and security alarm monitoring service to approximately 30,000 existing and future customers in several master-planned communities in the Port St. Lucie area and also serves individual customers.
