Hunters Namibia Safaris

Hunters Namibia Safaris was founded by Joof and Marina Lamprecht in 1984, and has an international reputation as Namibia's premier safari company. Joof has been a registered Professional Hunter since 1979. The entire Lamprechts are involved the the business of running this renowned safari company to the highest possible standards. NOTE! If you are a non-hunter who is planning to accompany your hunting spouse or friend, or if, as a prospective hunter, you have further questions, special needs or specific concerns regarding our accommodations, cuisine or other issues not covered here, we encourage you to visit Marina's Page. The Lamprecht family's dedication to the wildlife, environment, the local community and their country is evident in every aspect of Hunters Namibia Safaris. The family is involved with the Namibian Professional Hunting Association, the Hunters Namibia Private School, and is personally involved in interaction with the Namibian government on every level. For example, Marina Lamprecht was chosen by the NCCI (The Namibian Chamber of Commence and Industry), as one of three speakers from the private sector, to pay tribute to the retiring President of the Republic of Namibia, His Excellency Dr. Sam Nujoma, at a dinner in his honor held in Windhoek on the 18th February 2005. Successive presidents of Safari Club International have chosen Hunters Namibia as their safari destination. Craig Boddington, the famous American hunting writer, has hunted with Joof Lamprecht on several occasions and makes numerous references to these safaris in his articles and books. Hunters Namibia Safaris offers the ideal hunting destination for first time African hunters, experienced well-traveled hunters as well as non-hunting observers and family groups. Once you have experienced the genuine warmth of the Lamprechts' uniquely Namibian hospitality, as well as the excellent hunting, you are sure to want to return to this African paradise.
