hustle/haven is a wellness social house. what exactly does that mean? it means it has something for everyone seeking a haven from their daily hustle through group fitness classes or a beverage from our adaptogen potion bar or purchasing a little treat for their self-care routine from our feel good shop. we offer 45-minute, high-intensity, rhythm-based indoor cycling classes, infrared heated yoga classes from power vinyasa to warm yin. we have a workout for every fitness level. look out for our "happy hours" with discussion on topics in regards to all aspects of wellness from sexual health to financial health to cannabis-use to meditation and more.
