Hyperlinked Web Services

I'm Sheldon Chang and Hyperlinked Web Services has been my Web Development and Design service since I started it in 2003. I built my first website sometime around 1993 and I've been online since 1986. I primarily build sites and Web applications for start-ups and mom and pop businesses. I've also done plenty of work for large corporations and have experience leading my own start-up efforts. Among my honors are being the lone coder behind Closet Couture , a start-up company that was a finalist for start-up of the year in 2008 at the prestigious TechCrunch50 conference (now named TechCrunch Disrupt SF). I'm also the founder of Social Wave , a full service online marketing solution that helps small businesses in downtowns promote themselves through custom branded websites, social media, and related online marketing tools. My specialty is full stack Web development. That means I do a little of everything and am able to work solo on a project from beginning to end when the situation calls for it Being able to cover a lot of ground as a one person team is a critical component of keeping the costs down for the kind of small business and start-up sites that I do. It's been written that the ideal size of a software development team is one person because it eliminates inefficiencies that come about from the miscommunications and differences in working styles between team members. Of course, it'd be a folly to always do everything yourself just because you can. I also work in tandem with other professionals when dealing with highly specialized tasks or when the budget allows for it.
