Innovative Building Concepts­

Innovative Building Concepts is a small, woman-owned construction company located in Bloomington, Minnesota that specializes in architectural sheet metal for commercial construction. We fabricate and install a variety of sheet metal roofing and wall systems as well as Architectural Composite Material (ACM) panel systems. IBC was founded in 1987 and purchased by current President Jerrilynn Sweeney and her husband Pat in July of 2011. Our management has a combined 30-years experience in commercial construction and more than 15-years experience in management and customer service. Combined with our stalwart commitment to quality, dependable work, done by experienced craftsmen this means that our customers get the professional, long-lasting, quality-driven results that their construction projects demand.
