Supporting and encouraging our staff to give of their time in their community, as well as participating as a company in community projects such as Plant It Forward, Clean Your Green and the South Osborne Beautification Committee, we've reaped the intangible rewards associated with giving with our hands and our hearts. Recognizing the research that shows that one of the most pressing concerns in today's labour force is employee retention and engagement, IBEX has implemented a profit sharing and employee ownership plan.
