IBTCI is providing USAID's Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with long- and short-term technical, operational, and administrative institutional support through August 2025 to support Agency priorities and needs in LAC. Through this contract, IBTCI's highly qualified, diverse staff and consultants are embedded with USAID/LAC teams in their Washington, DC offices and with missions virtually and in person.
