ICC strives to provide opportunities for participants to cultivate relationships that facilitate growth. We believe that mentoring happens organically as relationships with people develop. Our mentoring model encourages both mentors and mentees to transform their communication, leadership, and relationship building skills while deepening their personal relationships with Christ. Our mentoring model is inclusive where every member of ICC becomes organically involved in several mentoring communities, such as Chapters and Student Leadership.
