Founded in 1985, ICEACSA Grupo employs over eighty technical staff, half of whom work at the head office in A Coruña, Spain. It also operates five permanent offices in Latin America: Colombia; Mexico; Panama; Peru; and Uruguay. Combining consultancy services, engineering and project management, ICEACSA's expertise is focused on six core sectors: transport infrastructure; infrastructure management; water and environment; coastal, maritime and fluvial infrastructure; urban development and architecture; and industry and energy.
