ICM origins date back to 1988, and since 2010 they have been operating under the ICM brand. ICM has evolved to become a global organization, and it is currently managing over US$2.8 billion in funds directly, with a further US$22.9 billion of assets held indirectly through subsidiary investments. ICM is an international Fund Manager and Corporate Finance Adviser headquartered and licensed in Bermuda as an exempted company, pursuant to the provision of Section 129A of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981. ICM has a long history of direct investment in Bermuda through ICM managed and advised funds. ICM was the principal sponsor of the Bermuda Olympic Association, and a significant contributor to the construction of the Bermuda Hospital. Today, the ICM Group extends to over 10 locations globally with over 20 specialist ICM staff members, and more than 70 staff in total.
