Since ICM,s beginning in 1988, the spirit of God has engendered miraculous results through a small fellowship in Hampton, VA. It has been said that, ICM is one of the biggest-little ministries ever seen, using business principles of leveraging resources, scriptural principles of accountability, while remaining focused and strategic on opportunities at hand. God has used a car dealer,s openness to His guiding and a quadriplegic,s refreshing and devotional approach to the scriptures, to bring hundreds of thousands of people hope in a hopeless society. Hope that there is a God that loves them and that they can now spend eternity with Him. Individual lives are being transformed through the power of Jesus Christ, lives that reach out and share their new found love in their communities, providing not only for spiritual growth but also assisting in social needs prevalent in many third-world countries. So how has such a ,big , little ministry,, been able to facilitate all this growth? How can disciples be made from thousands of miles away? How can a church be built for less than you would pay for a car? How are multiple congregations being established out of the local church? Through ICM,s unique ministry model, this work takes place every day, every minute and continues to expand into needy countries where the spirit leads. The approach is three pronged.
