Included in the new company was a group of highly skilled and dedicated office & field personnel. These individuals became available after the parent company decided to exit Chattanooga market. Some of these individuals have been together as a team for over 20 years. Our company and the longevity of our entire team is something we are proud of. The founding leadership team consisted of Connie Hood-President & CEO and Glenn Conkle-Vice President. In 2012, Jonathan Hill was promoted to Vice President of Design Build. In 2015, Glenn Conkle was promoted to COO of the company and Michael Bonine was named Automation & Controls Director. In 2017 Jennifer Victory was promoted to CFO. Presently, iCON Air & Mechanical Services continues to provide top quality HVAC services, Plumbing Services and Building Automations to our customers and strives to be the best mechanical service company to work for in Chattanooga, TN. We take pride in the HVAC & Plumbing services we offer to our customers.
