ICONSTAFF was founded in 1997 with a specific goal: designing and creating a unique, specialized staffing firm catering to, and dedicated specifically to the high-tech and engineering segments of the employment market. From the beginning, we decided that by keeping our company small, we'd be better able to build a boutique staffing firm dedicated to serving our clients' needs on an individual, personal level. Rather than focusing our every effort purely on company growth and expansion, we reasoned that quality will always trump quantity. Our approach worked, and has not changed. From the outset, ICONSTAFF's foundation has been to make every client our highest priority, and we pride ourselves in maintaining that work ethic and dedication. As our business grew, we expanded our services to successfully include marketing staffing, using the same approach we started with. Through our collective experience and proven history of excellence, we continue to strive to provide the very best service and value for every client. Our team members specialize in their respective employment fields, enabling us to focus completely on our clients' individual needs. We are current members of MAPS (Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services) and NEAPS (New England Association of Personnel Services) holding such Board positions as Technology, Hospitality and Communications. Another significant success factor is our affiliation and membership with Top Echelon Network, which allows us private access to 2000 recruiters across the country, over 1 million candidates and 50 thousand job openings on any given day.
