In February of 2004, Integrated Business Group was certified as one of Microsoft's Education Centers. We have trained hundreds of students in the key financial and reporting modules of Great Plains. We feel that to be truly successful with any software utilized, training is key. Microsoft Business Solutions has authorized and contracted with a number of its reselling partners in key business markets to deliver high-quality business application training to their mutual customers, and Integrated Business Group was the first in the southeastern region to acquire such certification for Great Plains training. To gain certification, Education Centers meet a rigorous verification process to ensure they are qualified and capable of delivering an exceptional customer training experience. Training through our training center can be either classroom led in Orlando or onsite at your facility for your convenience! Our facility utilizes Microsoft Certified Trainers with years of experience not only as instructors, but as consultants with real world experience in implementations, support, technical writing and development with Microsoft and the former Great Plains organization in key accounting modules. Jackie Smith is one of our Certified Trainers who alone has over 20 years experience in these areas holding numerous Microsoft certifications, authoring many e-course materials.
