ICS is a gluten-free certifying body that is wholly owned by Where Food Comes From, Inc., the leading supplier of certification and verification services to the food industry, specializing in organic, gluten-free and related certification services. Compliance with the Certified ICS Gluten-Free Standard is based on a combination of quantitative analysis of the ingredients and products being marketed as Certified ICS Gluten-Free, along with required management practices aimed at minimizing the introduction (accidental or otherwise) of gluten proteins in the production stream.
