ICS provides 24-hour remote monitoring of your control system. Should your system have a problem, an alarm is generated and is reported to our central monitoring system which contacts our service technician all hours of the day. Our service technicians have mobile management capabilities which allows them to evaluate your system to determine if the problem can be resolved quickly or if on-site service is necessary.
