Founded in 1997, ICU CALL was one of the earliest companies to take advantage of these new technologies by designing software and acquiring the necessary hardware to deliver a complete product, not just to service providers, but to the end users as well. We operate on a global scale with operations in several countries and are supported by multiple resellers. Our support and service centers are located in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Due to our early involvement in the voice market, we have diversified our product line based on demand and market opportunity and have built quite a portfolio of reliable wholesale and retail routes.
