Idaho Estate Planning

At Idaho Estate Planning, we are dedicated to helping you and your family secure peace of mind and a sure foundation for generations. We do this by carefully listening to you to understand your goals, concerns, and dreams. We understand families want options now and in the future to care for, protect and provide for each other and their loved ones. Hundreds of Idaho families, with our guidance, have achieved such goals as: protecting a surviving spouse; protecting children and grandchildren; preserving a family legacy; minimizing estate taxes as well as the other costs of transferring an estate; promoting family unity; and maximizing privacy and confidentiality. Our wartime Veterans share the same goals and at times need our assistance in securing the benefits they have earned through their service to our country. Idaho Estate Planning has been a leader in Idaho in teaching others about the options available in estate planning and how best to preserve assets, protect loved ones, and promote personal choice in deciding what is to be done and who is to do it. We have made hundreds of educational presentations to insurance and financial professionals, bank professionals, accountants and other attorneys. Mark Wight, President and Founder, has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is Accredited by the Veterans Administration to assist veterans to apply for Aid and Attendance and other benefits. He is also a Certified Academy Attorney with the Academy of VA Pension Planners and a member of the Idaho State Bar, the Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Idaho State Bar, Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alzheimer's Idaho.
