Igienair

Igienair, founded by Evrard de Ponnat in 2003, mainly offers air treatment services, as well as cleaning and maintenance of ventilation systems. The group has more than 26 branches across France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, UAE and Belgium. Igienair employs over 500 people and serves over 25.000 clients each year. Following this acquisition, Igienair significantly strengthens its market position in Belgium and the Netherlands. Thierry Desmet, who recently started fulfilling the role of co-CEO next to Stephane Goubau, remains with the group as a minority shareholder and will continue to lead and develop the activities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
