IIC AG specializes in the innovative and seminal in-mould-labelling (IML) technology. With an extensive product range selling in some 38 countries, we have an annual output of over 2 billion Injection moulded parts. We constantly work together with two production plants which are ISO-2002 and BRC certified. With a revenue in excess of €120 million, companies cooperating with us utilise over 500 employees. For IML, our partner companies operate the most modern production plants, utilising over 4 million Labels per day. With over 88 Netstal machines, we achieve an annual output of over 2 billion IML parts. All moulds are produced and maintained in our own mould shop in Germany. For Thermoform, we use 11 silos, 10 Extrusion (Kuhne); 42 thermoforming (Illig); 24 printing (Polytype); 3 label (Zweckform). We have an annual output of over 26.000 To Resin. 90% of the current production is PP, 5% PS, 4% PET, 1% PLA. Beside our wide range of standard moulds, we are specialized in producing custom made forms for our customers within the food industry.
