The iLex Systems Inc. offers the following product and service packages: iLex® Solution The package includes a survey conducted on the client company's legal functions and needs, and following that the co-operation in the designation of efficient legal operations by the client, the education and training of the lawyers, corporate management members and other employees entitled to use the software - thereby establishing the basis of an audited legal service system at the company. As part of the iLex® Solution the client company acquires: 1. The licence of the iLex® software for a given period of time and for a given number of users 2. The actual version of the iLex® service concept (as a know-how) for a given period of time and for a given number of users: 2.1. A template of the Legal Service Level Agreement 2.2. The Legal Service Model system description 2.3. Templates of the necessary internal directives given out by the Managing Director or the CEO about the order of the employment of legal services
