ILS offers a complete cross border supply chain management (SCM) solution and integrated logistic services to companies with international operations. Our menu of third party logistics (3PL) services includes supply chain expertise, providing freight brokerage in US and Mexico, international freight forwarding services, as well as Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) or Consignment. In addition to being a "Service Maquiladora" in Mexico, ILS also functions as a "Shelter" for suppliers through the ILS Supplier Mall. Our combined volume of all ILS customers furnishes a higher volume than many individual companies. This combined volume allows us to negotiate strong cost savings rate structures for our customers as a result, we are able to "Leverage" the costs through economies of scale and make available those savings to our customers therefore, contributing to their competitive advantage.
