Most of this activity has been focused on adaptive reuse of existing structures and historic buildings. Though both of us grew up in the Minneapolis area we have also lived in Newton, Iowa, San Francisco, California, Cleveland, Tennessee, Boston, Massachusetts, and Greensboro, North Carolina. Michael and Ann made a decision to move back to Minnesota to raise their two daughters and enjoy the quality of life the Midwest has to offer.
