Incell is a company that produces battery packs for various products including ESS (energy storage system), and it produces all components of Samsung SDI's small cell, which is the core of ESS, to BMS (Battery Management System), Power Management System (PMS), and EMS (Energy Management System) and provides optimal total service to customers. The small Cell used by Incell is the 21700 Cell released exclusively by Samsung SDI for ESS. The durability against high temperatures is strengthened, so it has the characteristics of longevity and high efficiency while maintaining high reliability and safety. Until now, Incell had supplied 24MW for frequency adjustment to KEPCO's Ulju substation, and in 2017, it installed PV-linked ESS, which is about 50MWh, and is currently operating reliably. In the first half of this year, about 50MWh of PV-linked ESS was installed and in progress.
