IABAI was co-founded by behavior analysts Amy B. McComas and Paul D. McComas. Paul and Amy have worked together for nearly 13 years providing behavior analysis services to children in the juvenile justice system, children in the foster care system, children and adults with developmental disabilities, and human service organizations. They regularly provide trainings to caregivers, educators and others in the community, and actively advocate for evidence-based, high-quality behavioral services. Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Indiana Applied Behavior Analysis Institute (IABAI) offers home-based and clinic-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and families who need support for challenging behavior problems. IABAI also provides professional development training on topics related to behavior, developmental disabilities such as autism, and more.
