After attending special needs support group functions and school Parent Teacher Organization meetings, she realized there are a large number of highly educated, experienced professionals who have left the traditional workforce. These professionals are looking for part-time or project work to help pay for household and medical expenses. With an MBA from Kelley School of Business and 14 years of IT and Business Management experience, Maria decided to start a business to help companies with extra project work and families with special needs children.
