Individual Advantages, commonly referred to as IA, is a company that creates and implements Business Solutions that work. We help our clients with a wide range of business issues, from proactive planning to reactive solutions. Our company name reflects our philosophy: people, process and technology drive business. Our business foundation is based on the advantages of these three key factors working individually and together. Working together has been the cornerstone of our consulting methodology since we began operations in 1996. Since 1996, our company has grown from one person to over 50 dedicated consultants providing business solutions to clients around the world. We are owned and managed by Brian Smith who started his consulting career in 1988. Our consultants are still screened, hired, and mentored by Brian personally and must adhere to a strict set of standards designed to provide our clients with the very best consulting experience possible, ensuring that only "business solutions that work" are implemented.
