Almost five years on and Industry Beans has established itself at the cutting edge of Melbourne's internationally renowned coffee scene. Today you can watch it all happen under one roof in Fitzroy. Housed in an open-planned award-winning warehouse conversion, Industry Beans is a coffee roastery, restaurant and brew bar. Each fortnight we offer a new selection of freshly roasted coffees brewed on a range of methods including espresso, pourover, aeropress and cold drip. The seasonal brunch menu at Industry Beans is an expression of passion and creativity by Head Chef James Sanders. The Industry Beans roasting team, meanwhile, work tirelessly throughout the seasons to source the best specialty grade green coffee grown across the globe, from the slopes of Mount Kenya to the valleys of the Baru Volcano in Panama.
