We specialize in custom long-lasting foam products that are: Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, closed-cell, cross-linked, shock-absorbing, and abrasion-resistant. They have high-tensile strength and significant UV resistance, as well as buoyant properties. Unlike traditional open-cell foams, our products are impervious to pathogens, can be made into in any Pantone™ color of your choice, with textures, patterns, LOGOS and patents all built into the molds, eliminating the need for secondary operations such as sewing, painting, printing, or fabric coverings. Our foams are REACH® certified and we use logoEngage® and Infuse® premium polymers. We also make hard plastic parts in ABS, TPU, POM, PC, PP and new incredibly strong Ablex Fiber, in addition to Stainless Steel, Fiberglass, and Aluminum Parts.
