The new showroom is built based on the Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative (IREDI), Infiniti's unified global standard. The IREDI concept was established in 2005 and first applied at an Infiniti dealership in Korea in July 2005. The standard has now been applied in many Infiniti dealerships around the world including the latest showroom in Kuwait. IREDI embraces the energetic and modern designs that imbue the graceful strength of Infiniti, using rich materials, natural designs and transparent layout to highlight the energetic and modern design of all its models. Coinciding with the launch of the new showroom, Infiniti is unveiling the all-new EX35 SUV and redesigned M; which now has the all new M35 sedan in addition to the M45. Besides these three new stars, the showroom will showcase the full line-up consisting of Infiniti G Sedan, G37 Coupe, FX & QX, the full size SUV. "The Infiniti dealership experience is more than just buying a car. It's about connecting to the lifestyle of our customers and developing a relationship with them that lasts beyond the sale," said Abhijeet Pandit, Infiniti Brand Manager in the Middle East. "We want this relationship to last a lifetime and for the Infiniti to be a part of their lifestyle." The IREDI concept includes two aspects, a dynamic exterior which gives visitors a sense of warmth. A glass wall and the Infiniti logo with strong visual impact at night are some of the most distinctive features of the showroom from outside. Second, the interior features include a spacious separate lobby area and an artistic layout of the exhibition area. Total Ownership Experience (TOE), Infiniti's customer care philosophy, will bring precious added value to consumers in the Middle East. "TOE aims to build a good, long-term relationship with customers. Customers will get premium service the moment they enter the Infiniti showroom, and such service will continue throughout the whole process, from pre-sales to after-sales," added Pandit. "The new Infiniti IREDI Showroom is designed to make every visitor sense warmth and comfort from the moment of entering the reception area. Infiniti believes that it does not just sell products, but offers a 'redefined luxury experience' thus making the customer feel at home, bringing to life Infiniti's graceful strength concept," concluded Pandit.
