INFINITY CARE SERVICES

Infinity Care focuses on alleviating the pain and symptoms associated with life-limiting illnesses through a combination of medications, therapies, and counseling. We also provide multiple levels of support for both clients and families of people going through a very important time of life. We work as a team with each client's physician to create a personalized care plan. In addition to each client's own doctor, the hospice team includes a medical director, nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical, speech, and occupational therapists, social workers, spiritual advisors, and volunteers. A nurse is on call 24/7 to answer questions and offer support. Our services include: Pain management Management of symptoms related to the illness, such as nausea, anxiety, fatigue or shortness of breath Medications related to the hospice diagnosis Durable medical equipment Physical therapy Occupational therapy Speech therapy Repositioning and transfers Assistance with daily household tasks: laundry, light housekeeping, light meal preparation Personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Caregiver education Volunteer services Emotional and spiritual support Assistance with end-of-life decisions such as advance directives, do-not-resuscitate orders or funeral planning Bereavement counseling Respite care
