Inlingo offer a fantastic translation service. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager which is very handy for communicating global things to all your translators and I have found them to be very responsive. Very impressive turn around on translations even for large blocks. I don't know if this is a global policy, but for my project I was assigned a team of static translators, one per language, who have been with me throughout the project. I really like this because they have built up a real understanding of the context of the game so I'm not having to re-explain things in every single string context. They offered some QA/testing as part of the translation service which was appreciated and it must have paid off because I am yet to receive a single report of a translation error from a player yet.
