Assignments include: Guide start-ups to define a business strategy, develop a financial plan and raise money; Manage the transition of enterprise (e.g. from a services to a product company, or from an analog to a digital company); Providing interim management services; Building effective innovation departments that are able to launch more products in a shorter time to market; Delivering complex projects, in agile circumstances; Defining an Enterprise Architecture, aligning the ICT activities with the business strategy. Innacco has a wealth of entrepreneurial expertise, and uses well established methodologies (Prince2, PMI and Scrum - Project Management) as well as state of the art approaches such as Rapid Innovation (Innovation Services) and EA3 (Enterprise Architecture Services).
