We produce Polyster / Cotton Blended Yarns and 100 % Cotton Lycra / Slub Yarns in two seperate builings to ensure ZERO contamination risk. We are also producing Blow Room blended Polyster / Cotton yarn with single component dyeing guarantee apart from our regular production of draw frame blended yarn. We have installed Two Nos. Vision Shield (MPIX) with magic eye on both the cotton Blow Room lines and all our Auto Coners are equipped with uster Quantum clearer II with FFD & Q data system to remove contamination to the maximum level. Our Quality Control lab is well equipped with Uster Tester, Tensorapid, Classimate, HVI & AFIS System. Our company is promoted and managed by Textiles Technicians and professionals and we are adopting all latest business tools and work practices to ensure consistency in process parameters. We also ensure smooth processing of order right from booking to delivery of goods to the customer in most professional manner. We also have TFO's and can offer Double & Multifold Yarn in the range of NE 10 to NE 30 in any blends like 52/48, 65/35, 40/60, 20/80 and 100% cotton yarns.
