Insight Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Insight BJJ is located in Bastrop, TX and run by Bastrop's own, Alex Henley. Insight BJJ is affiliated with Mario Esfiha BJJ in Austin, TX which is owned and operated by 3 time world champion, Mario "Esfiha" Queiroga. Mario is a BJJ 4th degree black belt under ex UFC fighter and BJJ 6th degree black belt, Roberto Traven. Mario has also personally trained former UFC heavy weight champion Brock Lesnar. We will regularly have Mario visiting our academy for seminars, belt promotions, and other special events.
