INSOL provides PM services with certified Project Management Professionals (PMP). Using the PMI methodology, INSOL PMP's are trained and have the required knowledge and experience to manage complex project in order to maintain and control the project's schedule, duration and budget. Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. We are experts in applying the 47 project management processes that span the areas of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing in an education context. INSOL's project management services will be consistent with the professional standards which will include: Defining requirements. Addressing the concerns and expectations of the skateholder. Creating, maintaining, and managing communications channels that are active and effective, and documenting the method for creating project deliverables. INSOL's project management support of this project will take a proactive approach to addressing the reasons many projects fail. We will address the most common challenges surrounding strategic planning and project management. We will ensure there is alignment among planning efforts and high levels of engagement among stakeholders.
