Inspire Communities is a highly experienced owner and manager of affordable housing communities nationwide. We seek community owners who wish to become partners, sell or have us manage their manufactured housing community portfolios. Although we are a new company, we were formed from the two companies previously known as Follett Investment and Bertakis Development, both with decades of respected and extensive experience in acquisitions, partnerships, management and home sales.
