InstantSSL is one of the many X.509 digital certificate solutions available through the Comodo Certification Authority (CA). The Comodo CA has been developed by the Comodo Research Lab, the research and development arm of the Comodo Group. Comodo have partnered with Global security solutions provider Baltimore ( www.baltimore.com) for the root signing or the CA used to issue InstantSSL and PremiumSSL Certificates.
