Insurefin is an established business software solutions provider in Africa, focusing in the financial services sector and specializing in short-term insurance market since 1994. Its core activities includes sales, distribution, project management, implementation, support, of tried and tested software systems from various financial software systems development houses. Established in Zimbabwe, Insurefin has since grown into a diversified Pan African company with clients in Zambia, Ghana, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Business and IT Technical Services office is based in Zimbabwe while the sales and distribution office is based in Botswana. In recent years, the company has expanded its Technical services to include implementation and support for Life, Health, Employee Benefits, Treasury Administration, Cash-flow management and its own home grown insurance broker management system. The company has adopted different pricing and deployment models to meet the current commercial and technological trends. Most of our products are developed around Service Oriented Architecture, delivered as either license rental (SaaS) model with no upfront capital required, or the traditional Host based licensing model. The "software as a service" model does not required huge capital upfront to use the system, as such we have experienced growth with small and start-up companies in economically challenged markets. It is based on shared-risk concept fees are based on agreed terms. Insurefin has established a network of IT and business analyst consultants in each of the countries to give first line support to our clients while our core team focuses on requirements definition for customization by the developers and testing delivered solution before deployment.
